It had been a week since the child started school, and he finally didn't get a day in detention this week. He came back earlier than before. He made a little progress, so he made his favorite pizza today as a reward.
The dough was originally intended for bread, so I just had to fry the filling. (That is, it's the same as frying ketchup or something.) Today's pizza is actually not very authentic. It can only be regarded as "seemingly" because there is no butter, no pizza grass, or mashed garlic. However, it is enough to fool children.

Steps for Super pizza

1
Stir the various ingredients in turn
2
Add black pepper, ketchup, salt
3
Pour some oil into a baking sheet and roll out the fermented dough into round cakes (mine is not very round, and the technique needs to be improved).
4
Press the cake with your hands until it is thin in the middle and thick on the four sides. Use a fork to fork the hole in the middle of the cake to prevent it from bulging during the baking process. Place the cake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
5
Remove the baked cake and evenly coat it with ketchup
6
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, add the stir-fried filling, and finally sprinkle with a layer of cheese
7
Put the cheese into the oven and continue to bake at 180 degrees C. For about 10 minutes, melt the cheese.
