Change the washed pickled cabbage and shred it with a knife, not too thick. After cutting it, pour it into clear water, then remove the shredded pickled cabbage with your hands and squeeze out the water for later use. Shred pork lean meat, put the shredded pork in a bowl and add a spoonful of cooking wine to marinate for a while. Slice fat meat.

Shallots, ginger, garlic, dried red peppers, each change the knife. Soak the vermicelli in cold water for a while, not too long.

Heat the pan and pour in the cold oil, add the marinated shredded pork to smooth, add a spoonful of soy sauce, stir-fry until color changes, remove and put into a bowl for later use.
