Steps for Scrambled eggs with Chinese toon

Add a little water to beat two eggs and set aside.

Wash the Chinese toon and blanch it in water for half a minute to about a minute.

After blanching the water, remove it, squeeze it dry, and cut the Chinese toon into inch sections.

Put a proper amount of peanut oil in the pan and pour in the egg liquid that has been beaten up in advance.

Wait until one piece of the egg liquid is solidified, and when the other side is not solidified, add the cut Chinese toon section.

Stir fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt to season before serving.
