When I was a child, I often looked forward to the New Year, the Dragon Boat Festival, August 15th, visitors from home, and the "three fortresses". Moreover, I hoped that the Chinese toon trees at home would sprout quickly! I like to eat fried Chinese toon fish most. Of course, in those days, we weren't able to eat whatever we wanted.
The first crop of Chinese toon buds will always be picked off by people as soon as possible, no matter how tall they grow!
The fried Chinese toon fish are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and they can chew one piece in the left hand and one piece in the right hand.
