There were still some mixed meat paste left from the last time I made small wontons. It was a waste to leave it, so I decided to empty it out.

Steps for Pork wrapped in bean curd clothes

1
Stir in chopped green onion, ginger and shredded mushrooms into pure meat paste, pour in rice wine and oyster sauce, beat an egg and stir well.
2
Cut the bean-robed clothes with scissors into a size of about 20 centimeters in length and width, and blanch them with boiling water to soft.
3
Spread it directly on the chopping board, smooth the bean-robed clothes, and place the meat paste in the middle about three centimeters away from the bottom.
4
First turn the bottom of the rotten clothes up, then turn the left and right sides to the middle, and finally roll it up from the bottom to the top.
5
Put water in the steamer, sprinkle some table salt on the bean-covered meat, and scoop up a spoonful of soup.
6
Cover the pot and steam for 20 minutes over high heat.
