Steps for stir-fried winter bamboo shoots with shepherd's purse

Pick and rinse the shepherd's purse, peel off the shells and cut into small pieces.

Put water in the pan and put the winter bamboo shoots in and cook for twenty minutes.

Remove the roots of shepherd's purse, cut it into small pieces, fish out the cooked winter bamboo shoots, pour out the soup water in the pot into a small bowl, add starch, and mix well for later use.
