Steps for Three-shredded beef

Shred the beef, marinate with a small amount of salt, pepper and starch for half an hour, and cut the onions, green and red peppers into thin strips respectively.

Pour the oil into a hot pan, add the marinated shredded beef, stir fry until cooked, and serve for later use.

Add additional oil in the pan, add minced ginger and minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Pour the shredded green and red peppers and shredded onions into the pan and stir fry.

Add soy sauce and cooking wine and stir fry.

Pour in the stir-fried shredded beef and stir fry for a while, add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper and stir well.
