Steps for Braised pomfret

Fish are killed by fishmongers in the market and washed for later use.

Pour a little oil into the pan and saute the ginger slices until fragrant

Then add carrot slices and stir fry (I wanted to learn from others to cut colorful carrots, but failed)

Add two tablespoons of soybean paste, appropriate amount of water, salt, soy sauce, rice vinegar and rice wine

Cover the pan and let the water boil

Adjust the heat to medium to medium heat, cover the lid, and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes (turn the fish over in the middle of the simmering period), and wait until the soup is almost dry.
