Steps for fish-flavored pork

1
Chop the pickled peppers,(here I used the pickled peppers I soaked myself and the wild mountain peppers I bought in the supermarket.) Chop the ginger, and chop the onions and garlic to the ground. Put it in a bowl.
2
Cut the bamboo shoots into thin strips, boil them in boiling water for a while, remove them and soak them in cold water, set aside. In addition, shred the fungus, green pepper, and carrot.
3
Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices, add salt, rice wine and starch and mix well.
4
Take another bowl, add white sugar, light soy sauce, and vinegar and mix well.
5
Add oil to the pan, add shredded pork to smooth and serve.
6
Add oil to the pan, add the shredded bamboo shoots, fungus, green peppers, and shredded carrots, stir fry.
7
Add chopped pickled peppers and onions, ginger, and minced garlic, add a small teaspoon of bean paste, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the mixed juice and continue to stir fry.
8
Add the stir-fried shredded pork, stir-fry well, add water to the starch, stir well and remove from the pan.
