Qingming Grass Baba
I hesitated for a while yesterday. Should I do it? However, when I was playing in Meiling, I picked some Qingming Grass, so I couldn't waste it. I checked on the Internet and found that someone used wild garlic to make cake. I was inspired to have a big handful of wild garlic at home that had not been processed yet, so let's make it from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Steps for Qingming Grass Baba

1
Blanch the Qingming Grass with water and mash it, and chop the wild garlic.
2
Use hot water to mix the dough: glutinous rice flour: sticky rice flour, about 6:4, mix the blanched and mashed Qingming grass and chopped wild garlic into the dough, and add some salt.
3
Filling: chopped wild garlic + shredded bacon.
4
Basically no salt is added because the bacon is very salty, add some chicken essence.
5
Stuffing: Just like making glutinous rice balls, squeeze the dough into a bowl, add the stuffing, knead, and flatten it.
6
Apply oil to the bottom of the pot and brown the cake on both sides (I wanted to steam it, but I didn't have rice dumplings leaves at home, so I was afraid that the glutinous rice would be too sticky).
7
The taste is very fragrant, a bit like the taste of Chinese onion (Qingming grass itself has no fragrance).
