Marinate: Marinate the pear, apple slices and water in the beef for 15 minutes.2
Sizing: Remove the fruit, add 1 teaspoon salt, 3 teaspoons of light soy sauce, egg white, starch (waterproof, oil-resistant, non-insulating), and mix well.3
Mix juice: fermented bean, chili noodles, cumin, and white sugar =4:3:2:1, add half a teaspoon of salt, soy sauce and water starch to mix well.4
When the oil is 70% hot, add the beef to the ground and smooth. Remove it immediately as soon as it changes color to control the oil.5
Stir-fry: Put oil on the bottom of the pan, add ginger slices and garlic slices (2 times), add beef, then pour in the sauce 3, stir-fry for a while, and then serve on the plate where the onions are placed (absorb oil and enhance flavor). Then add chopped green onion and chili rings on top, and pour hot oil on it.
