Steps for stir-fried tripe with celery

Cut the skin tripe into pieces, slice the celery with a diagonal knife, pick the small flowers of fungus, and cut the red pepper into pieces.

Minced onions, ginger, and garlic, 1 red pepper, and sauce (sugar, vinegar, pepper, soy sauce and water).

Heat the oil in the pan, add spring onions, ginger, minced garlic, and red pepper and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the skin tripe and fungus and stir fry.

Add the sauce and simmer for a while.

Pour in the red pepper pieces and stir fry.

When the soup is not stewing much, add celery and stir fry. Finally, add salt and chicken essence, stir fry well and remove from the pan.
