Braised Jade Bean Tofu
The supermarket has a special offer of Yuzi tofu at 50 cents per piece. I bought 4 pieces and came back to try making braised. Although it was my first time, it was quite successful.

Yuzi tofu is inherently salty, so there is no need to put too much soy sauce here)
