Steps for Bean noodles

1
Mix the dough first, knead it into a smooth dough, and cover it with plastic wrap.
2
Wash the beans and cut them into sections.
3
Cut the pork belly into strips, and set aside with green onions, shredded ginger, and pepper.
4
Knead the awakened dough into dough and roll it into a round cake.
5
Fold the dough.
6
Cut into wider noodles with a knife.
7
The cut noodles unfolded, but because they were long, I cut them off in the middle.
8
Heat the wok, heat the oil, add the pepper and saute until fragrant.
9
Then add the cut meat and stir fry, and add shredded green onions and ginger.
10
Then pour in the mixed juice.
11
Add the beans and stir fry for a while.
12
Add hot water. The amount of water should be more than the water usually put in when cooking, enough to steam the noodles.
13
Next, pour the beans into a steamer and stew.
14
Put the rolled noodles in the upper steamer (this is different from other methods, the noodles are steamed while stewing beans).
15
After steaming for a while, turn over the noodles. When there is not much water left in the pot, the noodles are cooked (you can always watch the beans, don't just rely on lack of water).
16
These are stewed beans.
17
Finally, mix the steamed noodles into the beans and you are done.
18
Pour into a bowl and start the meal.
