Stewed beef brisket with radish

Speaking of food, I have the impression that there is a beef offal shop on Beijing Road in Guangzhou. I have eaten it since I was a student and it is quite delicious. The radish stewed beef offal they sell is made from a lot of beef bones. It tastes rich, sweet and has endless aftertaste. Every time I go to Beijing Road, I want to buy a bowl to try it. This small shop has been open until now, but I still have to queue up to buy it. This business is very good. I couldn't make that taste at home, but if I stewed it with radishes and sirloin, the taste was sweet and delicious.

Steps for Stewed beef brisket with radish

Wash the sirloin.

Peel the radish and cut it into slices for use.
