I rarely eat scrambled eggs at home. I only eat steamed eggs and fried eggs. Sometimes when I get hungry watching TV at night, it's nice to fry a double yellow egg to top my stomach. During the Chinese New Year, a friend sent two boxes of eggs and kept them in the refrigerator. They couldn't be wiped out, so let's stir-fry them today.
