Breakfast is rarely eaten at home in the morning because time is limited and there is no time to cook. Many times, I would have raw porridge at the breakfast shop in front of the company. The other breakfasts in that restaurant are not very good, but the porridge is good. If I like the pig offal porridge there, I usually have a bowl. The wolfberry leaves on the market have just come on the market and are very fresh and tender. Eat spring vegetables in spring. This is the way to maintain health. Wolfberry leaves can clear deficiency heat, nourish liver and kidney, improve eyesight, and lower lung fire. I usually like to use them to make pig liver soup.
