Beef with oyster sauce
By MattieSporer
Beef is rarely eaten at home, and most of it is bought for sirloin. I don't know why, but it may be a habit. Since I was a child, I have always eaten pork, unless I went to a Western restaurant and saw steak, hehe. When I was a student in school, I liked to eat their gas-guzzling beef in the small restaurant at the entrance of the school. At that time, I felt that the beef was very tender and I didn't care how much tender meat powder the chef put in. It's different now. I still like beef without so many additives and taste whatever it wants. However, I like cooking beef in oyster sauce very much. This time, some cabbage was added to the beef. The cabbage was cooked soft and delicious.
