By TristonWolff
Bamboo shoots are one of my favorite foods. Spring bamboo shoots are bamboo shoots that are dug after the beginning of spring. They are known as the "king of vegetables" for their fat, white as jade, tender meat, delicious and refreshing. Also known as "Mountain Eight Treasures". There are many ways to eat spring bamboo shoots, and they are known as "all kinds of meat and vegetables". Once cooked with various meats, they will appear even more delicious. They can be fried, roasted, boiled, simmered, stewed, etc. Spring bamboo shoots taste light, tender and rich in nutrients. Contains sufficient water, rich vegetable protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other essential nutrients and trace elements. Eating bamboo shoots has the effects of nourishing yin, replenishing blood, resolving phlegm, promoting digestion, facilitating convenience, and improving eyesight. Bamboo shoots can adsorb fat, promote food fermentation, and help digestion and excretion. They are one of the most ideal foods for dieters.
