Stewed lotus root ribs

I like to eat lotus roots. This year's lotus roots are very good and pink. Every time I see white and fat lotus roots, I can't help but buy them and eat them.

- lotus root v. 4
- ribs 600 grams
- oyster sauce 3 tablespoons
- cooking wine 1 tablespoon
- rock sugar 1 small piece
Steps for Stewed lotus root ribs

Peel the lotus root and cut it into slices.

Put in the soup pot, add water to boil, and turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. (The amount of water reaches 2/3 of the lotus root.)
