Steps for Steamed eggs with clams

Ingredients: 2 - 3 firewood eggs, a little clams, appropriate amount of plain water seasoning: appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, sesame oil

Soak the clams in light salt water in advance to spit out the sand, and rinse the shells with a brush.

Blanch the clams in a boiling water pot until the shells open, remove and drain.

Use scissors to remove the tip and shell parts of the clams, and discard the rest.

Break the eggs and add a little salt to beat.

Add boiled water twice as much as the egg mixture. (or warm water)
