Steps for fried clam in soy sauce

Ingredients: Clam seasoning: Korean pepper, green onion, dried pepper, ginger, salt, cooking wine, oyster sauce, chives

Wash the clams, soak them in light salt water to spit out the sand.

Cut the green onions, ginger, and green and red peppers diagonally, and cut the dried peppers into sections for later use.

Blanch the clams in a boiling water pot until the shells open, remove and drain.

Put the oil in the pan on fire and heat it up, add the onions, ginger, and pepper strips and saute until fragrant.

Put the drained clams into the pan and cook the cooking wine.
