Tofu is one family
The tofu skin bought in Japan is like the oily tofu in China, but it is thinner and tough, like a small bag
It can be used to make tofu skin sushi, but I use it to wrap meat
There is tofu in the filling, which is related to the tofu skin?! So, I named it "Tofu Family"
