fried chicken fillets
By EstelBeer
My son loves the explosive chicken rice flowers I make, but it's just troublesome to make. Sometimes he's so busy that he can make a whole piece of chicken. Of course, it's not impossible, but the fried chicken chop is the same. It's just that it's still a snack? It doesn't feel like eating it, so he compromised and cut it into long strips to make chicken fillets, saying it was the sister of chicken rice flower.

Steps for fried chicken fillets

1
Chicken breast bought directly in supermarkets does not need to be processed.
2
Pat the back of the chicken knife loosely, then cut it into strips, place it in a crisper, add cooking wine, pepper, salt, and egg white, and mix well. Refrigerate in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.
3
Knock an egg in a bowl and stir it into egg liquid. The egg white placed in step 1 can be directly knocked in after you are used up and stir it into egg liquid. Prepare a plate of bread crumbs.
4
Put starch on the marinated chicken
5
Dip a chicken fillet into the egg mixture.
6
Put in the crumbs and roll.
7
Find a small pot, pour peanut oil, heat the oil over low heat, add the chicken fillets, fry until golden brown, remove and control the oil.
8
It's the best with ketchup.
