Chicken stew

Originally, I wanted to stir-fry the chicken here, but my husband insisted on stewing it here, so this dish was created.

Steps for Chicken stew

Wash the chicken and set aside.

Cut the washed chicken into small pieces and set aside.

Blanch the chicken into pieces with hot water, and then put it in cold water for later use.

Peel the green bamboo shoots and potatoes, wash the eggplant and control the water for later use.

After the oil is heated, put the chicken pieces that have been dried out in the pan and stir fry.

When the chicken turns golden yellow, add soy sauce, chopped onion and ginger slices, dried peppers, and salt, stir fry a few times, and add more water than the chicken.

Slice the bamboo shoots, cut the eggplant and potatoes into small pieces and set aside.

Bring to a boil and add in bamboo shoots, eggplant and potatoes.

When the soup is getting thinner, the potatoes 6 are ripe, add the vermicelli, and finally boil the soup. When the soup is almost cooked, turn off the heat and add MSG.
