Spring rolls are our special food after the Spring Festival. Every household is happily welcoming the arrival of spring. Indeed, spring rolls have a lot of spring flavors in them. Steps for Wrap spring rolls

This green onion is a young green onion that has just sprouted in spring. Cut it into shredded pieces for later use.

Shred cucumber and set aside.
