Steps for stir-fried fake pork floss

Mix with 2 tbsp light soy sauce +1 tbsp salt into juice. (If you like sweet ones, you can change salt to sugar)

Drain the bean dregs.

Heat the pan and pour some oil, add the bean dregs, stir fry over medium heat for 1 minute. (If the bean dregs are not drained, stir-fry them more to let the water dry out)

Pour in the juice from 1 and quickly stir fry the juice and bean dregs well.

Change to low heat and stir-fry slowly until the bean dregs become fluffy.

Stir fry the bean dregs on a plate.
