- perilla four
- millet pepper 100G
- Jiang three pieces
- garlic 2 cloves
- oil 200ML
- soy sauce 1 scoop
- salt 1 scoop

Steps for stir-fried sausage with perilla

Wash the sausage with flying water and cut into sections for later use.

Cut the millet pepper in two sections, slice the ginger, slice the garlic, and cut the perilla into sections.

Heat the oil pan and saute the ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the sausage and stir-fry it over high heat, and drop soy sauce to season and color it (I don't have soy sauce at home, I use soy sauce all).

Stir in the millet pepper and saute until tender. Season with salt.

Sprinkle with perilla and stir fry well.
