Steps for Hairfish in tomato sauce

Cut the hairtail into sections and marinate with salt, cooking wine, onions, ginger, and pepper for 20 minutes.

Put the marinated hairtail into a plate, sprinkle with dry starch, and dip well.

Pour the oil into the pan, heat the oil, add in the fish pieces and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and control the oil and place on a plate.

Put the fried hairtail on a plate.

Pour additional oil into the pan, add shredded green onion, shredded ginger, and garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Pour in ketchup.

Add white sugar, white vinegar, water and salt, and stir in one direction with a shovel. Do not stir back and forth in both directions.

Pour water and starch to thicken.

Pour the prepared ketchup on the fried hairtail, and finally sprinkle with some white sesame seeds.
