Steps for Pan-fried tofu

Take a piece of old tofu and cut it into large pieces about 2.5 centimeters thick.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the tofu slices in turn, and start frying.

Fry until slightly yellow on one side, turn over and continue frying.

Turn back and forth twice until both sides are browned

Sprinkle with chopped green onion, season with salt, and serve.
