braised pork
Finally I made braised pork again and finally ate meat... Please tell me about losing weight after dawn, okay?

At the request of several JJMM members, I made braised pork nervously. On the one hand, I am worried that I haven't done it for a long time, and that the taste will be delicious; on the other hand, I am worried that the small fish will dislike it too meat and won't eat it... However, for that, I still risked it and braised it for a while!

Before cooking meat, I referred to the braised pork practices of many people, which was a bit like standing on the shoulders of giants... Just, just, at the last step, I found that I had run out of soy sauce at home!!!! Oh, my God! There was no old soy sauce, so I had to go all out and replace it with light soy sauce. Fortunately, there were a lot of other soy sauces in stock, but I didn't expect that the rock sugar disappeared just after dealing with the problem of old soy sauce. I quickly called Xiaoyu to buy a bag of rock sugar; As soon as I put down the phone, the rock sugar was found again...

Quack, it's finally done. By the way, the amount of rock sugar. I use single crystal rock sugar, one small piece at a time. It looks like each piece of meat is divided into one piece of rock sugar, but I don't think it is particularly sweet.
