Steps for Burned tofu with fungus

Break small pieces of tofu bamboo and soak them in warm water.

Wash the fungus and shred it, shred the red pepper, cut the green onion into sections, and shred the tofu bamboo.

Heat the pan and add water. After the water is boiled, add the yuba and blanch for 20 seconds to remove its beany smell. Remove and drain the water for later use.

Heat the oil in a hot pot, add in the green onion and shredded red pepper to stir fry until fragrant.

Pour in yuba and fungus, stir fry several times, add salt and monosodium glutamate, stir fry until until the flavor is fragrant, and then use wet raw flour to thin and thicken.
