Steps for Kung Pao tofu

Cut tofu into cubes and fry it in a frying pan until golden brown.

Put the peanuts in cold oil in the pan and slowly fry until crispy.

Cut cucumbers and carrots into diced squares and set aside.

Mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and chicken essence into Gongbao juice according to your taste. My ratio is two spoonfuls of sugar, one spoonful of vinegar, and two spoonfuls of soy sauce.

Put a small amount of oil in the pan, add garlic sauce and stir fry until fragrant, add minced green garlic and stir fry slightly.

Add carrots and stir-fry briefly.

Add diced beans, stir fry and add in Kung Pao sauce.
