Steps for Home-cooked barracuda

Remove the scales and cut the barracuda into pieces, add salt, cooking wine, and pepper and marinate for more than half an hour.

Dip the marinated fish pieces in the egg liquid and fry them until done.

Remove the fried fish, leave a little base oil, and put the fat pork into slices into the pan and stir fry.
