Steps for Fern fermented bean curd

Wash the sections of bracken, blanch them with boiling water, and drain the water.

Stir fry shredded ginger and minced garlic with a little oil until fragrant.

Add fern and stir fry.

Add soy sauce, salt, beer, sugar, and paprika powder and stir well.

Add a piece of fermented bean curd and some fermented bean curd soup.
