Egg and carrot dumplings

I wanted to eat dumplings but didn't go out to buy ingredients, so I made full use of the remaining ingredients at home and made spinach, egg and radish dumplings. It tastes very good!

Several ingredients for dumpling filling.

Scramble the eggs first.

Chop several other ingredients, mix with the previously scrambled eggs, and add appropriate seasonings.

Knead the dough into strips and cut into evenly sized doses.

During cooking dumplings, prepare sauce according to each person's taste. I prepared two kinds, one for sour soup and the other for dipping.

Pour the cooked dumplings directly into the sour soup, and a bowl of sour soup dumplings is ready.
