I bought lotus roots today and didn't really want to eat fried ones, but wanted to find a refreshing way to eat them, so I thought of crispy lotus roots.

Steps for Crispy Mixed Lotus Root

Peel and wash the lotus roots you just bought.

Prepare super simple seasonings: white vinegar, sugar, salt.

Cut the washed lotus root into slices and soak it in water.

Bring water to the boil in the pot and cook the lotus root with water.
