Braised pork with dried bamboo shoots and plum vegetables
Last year, lg's sister made braised pork with plum vegetables when she came here, which was quite popular. This time she brought a pack of dried magnolia bamboo shoots. I just bought a very thin pork belly and made this dried bamboo shoots braised pork. It's so fragrant!

Steps for Braised pork with dried bamboo shoots and plum vegetables

1
Put the pork belly into the soup pot, add 1 spring onion, 2 slices of ginger, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and a proper amount of water, and cook until the meat can be easily inserted with chopsticks.
2
Pick up the meat, apply the soy sauce while it is hot, and use a fork to make some small holes in the skin of the meat.
3
Soak dried bamboo shoots for 1 night, clean them, and cut them into small pieces.
4
Soak dried plum vegetables in water for 30 minutes, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into small pieces.
5
Peel the garlic and slice the ginger for later use.
6
Heat the pan with oil, fry the pork belly skin until it bubbles, and then fry the other three sides slightly. Serve and let cool. (Cover the lid when frying to prevent oil from splashing out.)

Use the remaining oil in the pan to saute the ginger, garlic and star anise until fragrant.
8
Add plum vegetables and dried bamboo shoots and stir-fry for a while.
9
Pour in the soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and a little water and stir fry. (You can try the taste at this time.)

After cooling the pork belly, cut into 2 inches long and 1 cm thick pieces of meat.
11
Place it in a round bowl with the skin down.
12
Spread with dried bamboo shoots and plum vegetables. (Garlic, ginger, and star anise on top.)

14
After steaming, pour out the juice.
