Spicy shrimp tofu
There is a box of frozen fresh shrimps in the refrigerator. My mother bought it for my son during the Chinese New Year. I have always forgotten to eat it. I cleaned up the refrigerator that day and took it out, thinking of eating it quickly, otherwise it would be put in the trash. I just bought a piece of tofu and decided to make a tofu shrimp. My son insisted on eating spicy tofu, so he might as well have a spicy version of shrimp tofu.
