Carrots, also known as small ginseng, are rich in nutrients. Eating regularly is very beneficial to your body. In the warm spring season, make a few carrot rice balls and go out for an outing. It should be a very good choice!

Steps for carrot rice balls

Half a carrot, cut into dice.

Use a blender to add water and stir until juice.

Filter to obtain juice.

Put glutinous rice in a carrot juice water bowl, make sure the water is just 1cm higher than the glutinous rice, place it into a pressure cooker, and steam it for 10 minutes.

Remove the glutinous rice, put it into a large bowl, add sesame oil, black sesame seeds, and mix well.

Spread plastic wrap on the board, add appropriate amount of glutinous rice, spread out evenly, and then add pork floss and small tomatoes.

Then wrap the rice through plastic wrap and form a ball.
