Steps for Chilled preserved egg

First chop the coriander and green onions into minced pieces.

Remove the preserved egg, peel off the outer shell, and slowly rinse it off with water.

Cut into slices with a knife.

Use chopsticks to slowly pick up the preserved egg slices and place them on a plate.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt to the chili powder, and add a little soy sauce and vinegar.

Add shredded chives and serve.

Slowly scoop out and place it on top of the preserved egg.

Mix well.
