Salmon in pea sauce
I like salmon so much. It's delicious no matter how I cook it. The ingredient used today is peas. These little beans look particularly fresh in this season and are so lovely ~

Steps for Salmon in pea sauce

1
Wash the salmon and marinate with appropriate amount of salt for 5 minutes.
2
While marinating the salmon, put the peas into the pan and boil. (Fresh peas or frozen green beans will work)
3
Cook the peas until they float and remove.
4
Put the boiled peas into a cooking machine and beat them into pea paste.
5
Add black pepper to the beaten pea paste to taste, and beat well.
6
Then filter the bowl of soy milk and take only the delicate bowl of soy milk for later use.
7
Put the marinated salmon directly into a pan and fry until cooked on both sides.
8
Place the salmon on a plate and pour over a bowl of bean sauce.
9
The lovely salmon is easy to make. I like to sprinkle some pepper before eating it.
