Steps for egg skin dumplings

Two eggs, beat them until they are shaped like egg flowers

Chop lean meat into meat paste, and add seasoning

Put the spoon on the fire and roast it

After roasting with spoon, add oil

Pour frangipani into a spoon and shake

Pour out the extra eggs and bake the egg skins

Put the stirred meat paste into the egg skin and make it into a dumpling shape

By analogy, you can make a few more and put them in the pan to steam
