Steps for Spinach tofu soup

Wash the spinach and cut it into sections, put it in boiling water, remove and squeeze out the water for later use.

Cut tofu into thin strips.

Put a small amount of oil in the pan, heat it, add spinach and stir fry.

Add a bowl of water, add tofu strips and ham after the water is boiled, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Take a small bite of the egg and throw the egg liquid into the pan. After the egg is cooked, add salt, sprinkle sesame oil, and remove from the pan.
