Steps for Beef stewed potatoes

Wash all ingredients and cut the beef into cubes.

Cut potatoes and onions into pieces, and cut coriander into sections.

Pour the beef directly into the pan, add the ginger slices, cooking wine, aniseed, and soy sauce.
