Spicy beef rolls

Characteristics of this dish: spicy, delicious and not greasy! Not a drop of oil was added throughout the process. The oil comes from the beef slices itself and the spicy sauce. It should be a relatively healthy dish ~~

- mushrooms 3-4 duo

- bean sprouts 100 grams

Steps for Spicy beef rolls

Slice garlic, cut green onions into small pieces, slice mushrooms, add water to eggs and starch to mix well (1 tablespoon starch +2 tablespoons water). Put the mushroom slices into a non-stick pan and stir-fry until fragrant (dry the pan without adding oil to the pan).

Stir fry the mushrooms until they are fragrant, add the beef slices and stir up.

Add garlic slices, soy sauce, and spicy sauce to taste and stir fry well.

Add bean sprouts and chopped green onion.

Stir fry evenly, pour in sesame oil, and remove.

Spread the egg liquid into 3 egg skins.

Add appropriate amount of stir-fried beef and add coriander.

Roll into spring rolls, cut off and set the plate.
