Steps for braised mushroom with pork

Cut the meat into slices, grab well with cooking wine and starch.

Wash the mushroom and tear it into large pieces.

Add oil to the pan, add pork slices when it is 40% hot, and stir fry.

Add slices of green onion and garlic, and stir-fry the slices until white.

Add appropriate amount of water, add salt, stock essence, and pepper into mushroom and stew.

Heat over medium for about ten minutes until the mushrooms are soft and tender.

After turning off the heat, add the coriander and a few drops of sesame oil and remove from the pan.
