There were still some shredded tofu sold a few days ago. When I got off work, I found fresh leek moss and immediately bought a small handful. With the shredded tofu from home, it was another delicious fast-handed dish.

Steps for stir-fried shredded tofu with leek moss

Wash leek moss and shredded tofu.

Cut the two materials into sections.

Heat the pan and add shredded tofu to stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the chopped leek moss and stir-fry with the shredded tofu, add a little salt and soy sauce to taste.

Add salt and soy sauce to taste, and wait until the leek moss is soft and fragrant, then start the pan.
