Steps for Sweet osmanthus chestnut paste

Prepare chestnuts, about 500 grams.

Add water to the pan to defrost the chestnuts.

Boil chestnut, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat, and cook until done.

Use a rolling pin to beat the cooked chestnuts into mud. It doesn't have to be very delicate. Leave a little bit of small grains to taste more.
