Steps for Leek and tofu dumplings

Prepare flour, leeks, tofu, soaking vermicelli, salt, sesame oil

Mix the flour with water and make a dough.

Dice tofu and vermicelli. (Don't crush the tofu, cut it into cubes)

Add salt and sesame oil (add more) to the three dices and stir well.
